I planted a lilac bush in my own garden, and I love the exuberance of the purple blooms and big green, perfectly formed leaves shooting upwards as soon as the days start to get warm. This pattern celebrates that abundance with lots of intricate techniques to try. Beautifully woven leaves in different patterns, flowers created with three different techniques, and little white beads to add sparkle and shine. This is a pattern for stitchers with experience who love trying new techniques and want to learn the rhythm and beauty of needle weaving.

You will need to provide:

- embroidery hoop (15.5 cm / 6" or larger)
- dmc embroidery floss
- needle
- scissors
